Terms and Conditions for the Regulate – Rebalance – Reset Course
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in the course.
By enrolling, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
All prices are listed in euros. Currency conversion will be handled automatically by your payment provider based on your location.
There are three payment options available:
One Time Payment: $697
Payment Plan: Two Monthly Payments of $360 (Total $720)
Payment Plan: Three Monthly Payments of $249 (Total $747)
From time to time, promotional discounts or coupons may be offered. In such cases, the price and payment terms shown on your receipt at the time of purchase will apply
By selecting a payment plan, you enter into a binding agreement to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to make any instalment payment will result in removal from the course within 3 days of the missed payment. You will be notified by email if a payment fails, and you will have 3 days to resolve the issue before removal.
Payments are processed securely through our learning platform. Recurring payments are taken automatically. If you require assistance with payment details, contact us at admin@healthwithholland.com. This does not exempt you from the obligation to complete all payments.

The Regulate – Rebalance – Reset course is delivered through third-party platforms for hosting course materials, videos, and community access. While we make every effort to ensure reliable access, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service as platform performance is outside of our direct control.
In the unlikely event that we need to move the course or community to an alternative platform, we will make reasonable arrangements to provide you with continued access for the remainder of your 12-month enrolment period.
To access the course materials, you are responsible for ensuring you have:
A reliable internet connection.
A device (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone) capable of streaming video content.
Access to a valid email address to receive login information, updates, and support communications.
Health with Holland is not responsible for technical issues on your side, such as loss of internet access, outdated devices, or email delivery problems caused by your provider.
We will not be held liable for failure or delay in providing access to the course due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: platform outages, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and provide alternative access where possible.
By enrolling, you agree to your personal information being shared with our third-party platforms solely for the purpose of providing course access (e.g., learning platform, community platform, payment processor, and email system).
By enrolling, you also agree to be added to the Health with Holland mailing list, which includes weekly newsletters, updates about podcast launches, and information about future product or course launches. You may unsubscribe at any time.
To be eligible for the Completion + Case Study Reward, participants must meet all of the following criteria within the first 12 weeks after purchase:
Watch all course videos in full – tracked automatically on the learning platform. (Please note: the platform marks a lesson as complete when over 90% of the video has been watched. We rely on the platform’s tracking to verify completion, and cannot be held responsible if your personal records differ from what the platform shows.)
Participate weekly in the community – at least one comment or question must be posted each week within the first 12 weeks after purchase. Activity outside of this timeframe will not count.
Complete the workbook/journal – participants must be able to provide photographic or digital evidence showing that workbook prompts and exercises have been completed.
Provide a testimonial and feedback:
Testimonials must be provided via video (either through the VideoAsk app or via a feedback call arranged with our team) for use in marketing and promoting the program. We will reach out at the end of the 12-week period to request this, but it remains the participant’s responsibility to complete and submit it. The testimonial must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the request to remain eligible for the Completion + Case Study Reward. Submission of a testimonial does not guarantee public use, publication, or selection, and Health with Holland retains editorial discretion.
Feedback form must be completed via a Typeform survey sent at the end of the 12 weeks.
It is the participant’s responsibility to provide all required evidence if they wish to be considered for the reward. Health with Holland will not chase participants for submissions.
Reward Options:
Participants who meet all requirements and are approved may choose one of the following reward options:
100% of their course fee back as credit towards another Health with Holland service (such as other courses, memberships, or 1:1 support), provided that the chosen service is actively running and available at the time of redemption. Credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, or
50% of the original course fee returned to the original payment method.
Reward processing will be completed within 30 days of approval.
The Completion + Case Study Reward may only be redeemed once per participant, regardless of how many times they enrol in the course.
Failure to meet any of the above requirements, including deadlines for submissions, requests, or credit redemption, will make the participant ineligible for the Completion + Case Study Reward..
Refunds are not available once access to the course materials has been provided; all sales are final due to the digital nature of the content.
If you are experiencing difficulties or feel you may need additional support, please contact us at admin@healthwithholland.com. While we cannot guarantee refunds once access has been granted, we are committed to supporting you and will review situations on a case-by-case basis.
The community space is designed to be a supportive and constructive environment. Participants must:
Maintain a respectful and encouraging tone.
Avoid offensive language, spam, or self-promotion.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
Adhere to the full Community Guidelines, which are available within the community platform.
Breaches of conduct may result in removal from the course without a refund.
The Regulate – Rebalance – Reset course is self-paced, but to get off to the best start and make the most of the community support, we recommend following the weekly structure during the first 12 weeks:
For best results, aim to focus on one module per week. We do not recommend binge-watching modules, as the course is designed for slow, sustainable progress.
We do not expect anyone to be “finished” with this work in just 10 weeks. That is why your course access continues for 12 months, giving you the flexibility to revisit modules, return to the workbook, and keep building on your progress at your own pace whenever you feel ready.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed, including making clarifications or adjustments to improve understanding. Any significant changes that materially affect your access, payment terms, or core course services will be communicated to currently enrolled participants by email.
By enrolling in the Regulate – Rebalance – Reset course and making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
