I'm a health coach who is passionate about aiding women in achieving hormone balance and sustainable weight loss. I hold a BSc. in Physical Education and an Ma in Health Education & Promotion. But more importantly, I have experienced the challenges of hormone imbalances myself, which has led me to develop effective strategies to enhance energy, attain a healthy weight, and improve sleep.
