I knew after having my now three year old twins that it was time to revamp my health. I was stuck in a state of dysregulated cortisol after a difficult break up with the twins Dad. All the tools that worked in my 20s left me depleted. The over-exercising and under-eating of nutrients I could no longer sustain. The penny dropped for me when I realised I needed to move away from the harsh coach style self talk and realised it only led to self sabotage. That lead to a journey of nourishing with food, falling in love with movement again and committing to nervous system regulation.
After overcoming my own hormone imbalances, I founded Health with Holland. My journey led me to understand that achieving a healthy lifestyle goes beyond diets – it’s about hormone balance, mindset shifts, and a healthy nervous system.
I show women that they can reach the best health of their lives no matter what their circumstances. I am committed to busting all the myths in the health industry (and as you know there are a lot).

This is a group challenge, not a one-on-one support program. You need to actively participate and take action each day to see results.
This is not a quick-fix plan. I have compiled the essential tools to help you, but you have to show up and do the work to see change.
You need to be ready to embrace change, try new approaches, and implement new habits.
Dedicate around 30 minutes per day to watch the videos, complete the daily task and interact with the community.
Engage with the community, share your progress and participate in the live sessions.

Yes, you will have access to downloadable materials, including templates, trackers, and recipes, that you can keep and use even after the challenge ends. However, you will not have continued access to the daily videos or community platform beyond the challenge period.
Most programs focus only on nutrition and exercise, often on an 'eat less/move more' basis. This program is different and more sustainable by addressing the five pillars of female health: Nutrition, Circadian Rhythm, Nervous System Regulation, Mindset, and Exercise. This all-encompassing approach creates lasting change and tackles the root causes of health issues.
The nutrition component of the program is evidence-based guidance that is intended to help you optimise your nutrition. I'm not advising one specific diet for all members, but rather guiding you to make changes that will improve your health within your own preferences. While my recommendations are primarily plant-based, there are no restrictions.

The live Monday Momentum call will take place at 2pm Irish time each week to accommodate as many time zones as possible.
