Terms and Conditions for the 30-Day Nervous System Reset

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling.
By enrolling in the 30-Day Nervous System Reset, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Course Cost and Payment

All prices are listed in euros. Currency conversion will be handled automatically by your payment provider based on your location.

The 30-Day Nervous System Reset is offered as a one-time payment only. Split payments or payment plans are not available for this program.

From time to time, promotional discounts or coupons may be offered. In such cases, the price shown on your receipt at the time of purchase will apply.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund up to and including 22 February, prior to the program start date of 23 February.

Due to the digital nature of this program and immediate access to materials, no refunds will be issued once the program has started. All sales are final from 23 February onwards.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Program Duration and Access

The 30-Day Nervous System Reset is a structured, time-bound program that runs for 30 consecutive days.

Your enrolment includes:

  • Daily or regular nervous system regulation practices delivered digitally
  • Educational content, prompts, and exercises designed to support nervous system regulation
  • Access to a private community hosted on a purpose-built platform
  • Support and guidance via the community space throughout the challenge period

Participants will retain access to all program materials and the private community for an additional 7 days after the challenge ends, providing a total of 5 weeks access. This allows time to catch up on any missed content and consolidate learning.

Access will be removed after this period unless otherwise stated.

Community Access and Conduct

Participation in the private community is an integral part of the 30-Day Nervous System Reset.

By joining the community, you agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully and supportively with other participants
  • Avoid offensive language, harassment, spam, or unsolicited self-promotion
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members
 

Community guidelines will be available within the platform. Breaches of these guidelines may result in removal from the community and program without a refund.

Platform Access Disclaimer

The program is delivered via third-party platforms for content hosting and community access. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure reliable access, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for platform outages, technical issues, or service interruptions outside of our direct control. If a platform change becomes necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to provide continued access for the remainder of your access period.

Technical Requirements

  • To access the reset content and materials, you are responsible for ensuring you have:

    • A reliable internet connection.

    • A device (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone) capable of streaming video and accessing digital content

    • Access to a valid email address to receive login information, updates, and support communications.

    Health with Holland is not responsible for technical issues on your side, such as loss of internet access, outdated devices, or email delivery problems caused by your provider.

Program Expectations

  • The 30-Day Nervous System Reset is designed to be followed gradually and intentionally over the full 30-day period.

    This program is not intended to be rushed or consumed all at once. Consistency and gentle repetition are encouraged for best results.

    Individual outcomes will vary, and no specific results are guaranteed.

Privacy and Data Use

  • By enrolling, you consent to your personal data being shared with third-party platforms solely for the purpose of delivering the program, processing payments, and providing community access.

  • You also agree to be added to the Health with Holland mailing list, which may include newsletters, updates, and information about future offerings. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Force Majeure

  • We will not be held liable for delays or failure to provide access to the program due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

    In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to minimise disruption.

By enrolling in the 30-Day Nervous System Reset and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
