Terms and Conditions for Unlock Lymphatic Flow Course
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in the Unlock Lymphatic Flow course.
By enrolling, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
Unlock Lymphatic Flow includes:
7 bite-size masterclasses delivered via short videos.
A 7-day follow-along protocol to be repeated for at least 4 weeks.
Access to the course platform for 12 months from the date of enrolment.
Access to a dedicated community space for 12 months.
Included support for this cohort:
Private community access for 12 months.
If a platform change is required, we will provide equivalent access to course materials and the community for the remainder of your 12-month enrolment.
To access the course materials, you are responsible for ensuring you have:
A reliable internet connection.
A device (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone) capable of streaming video content.
Access to a valid email address to receive login information, updates, and support communications.
Health with Holland is not responsible for technical issues on your side, such as loss of internet access, outdated devices, or email delivery problems caused by your provider.
We will not be held liable for failure or delay in providing access to the course due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, platform outages, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and provide alternative access where possible.
By enrolling, you agree to your personal information being shared with our third-party platforms solely for the purpose of providing course access (e.g., learning platform, community platform, payment processor, and email system).
By enrolling, you also agree to be added to the Health with Holland mailing list, which includes weekly newsletters, updates about podcast launches, and information about future product or course launches. You may unsubscribe at any time with the link provided at the bottom of each email.

Member-to-member data
In addition to our handling of your data under GDPR, members must not process, export or disclose other members’ personal data (including posts, images, video, audio, usernames or health information) outside the platform without explicit consent.
Health with Holland is not responsible for disclosures made by members in breach of these rules but will take reasonable steps to remove offending content and restrict access where necessary.
If you complete the course exactly as guided and genuinely feel no improvement in puffiness, flow, or overall comfort, we will refund you.
To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Complete all masterclass videos. This is tracked automatically on the learning platform. The platform marks a lesson as complete when over 90% of the video has been watched. We rely on the platform’s tracking to verify completion and cannot be held responsible if your personal records differ from what the platform shows.
Complete the full 7-day protocol and repeat it for 4 consecutive weeks as instructed. Submit your completed 7-Day Protocol Tracker for each of the 4 weeks using the submission method provided in the course.
Participate weekly in the Q&As and community during the guarantee window. At least one comment or question must be posted each week within the first 45 days from your purchase date. Activity outside of this timeframe will not count.
Timing for requests. Email admin@healthwithholland.com within 45 days of your purchase date to request a refund under this Confidence Guarantee. This window allows time to watch the masterclasses and complete 4 full weeks of the protocol.
Evidence. It is the participant’s responsibility to provide all required evidence at the time of the request, including platform completion screenshots, your 4 weekly protocol trackers, and links or screenshots showing your weekly community/Q&A activity. Health with Holland will not chase participants for submissions. We will retain submitted evidence for up to 90 days to verify eligibility, after which it will be deleted from our systems.
If all requirements are met, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
The Confidence Guarantee may be redeemed once per participant, regardless of how many times they enrol in the course. Failure to meet any requirement or deadline will make the participant ineligible for a refund.

By enrolling in this course, you agree to follow these guidelines. Breaches of conduct may result in removal from the course without a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
