Terms and Conditions for Unlock Lymphatic Flow Course

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in the Unlock Lymphatic Flow course.
By enrolling, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Course Cost and Payment

  • One-time payment: €297.
  • All prices are shown in EUR (€). Your bank may apply currency conversion or fees if you pay in a different currency.
  • From time to time, promotional discounts or coupons may be offered. In such cases, the price and payment terms shown on your receipt at the time of purchase will apply
  • If a payment plan is offered in future and you choose it, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. By selecting any payment option, you enter into a binding agreement to complete the transaction. Failure to make any instalment payment will result in removal from the course within 3 days of the missed payment. You will be notified by email if a payment fails, and you will have 3 days to resolve the issue before removal.
  • Payments are processed securely through our learning platform. Recurring payments are taken automatically. If you require assistance with payment details, contact us at admin@healthwithholland.com. This does not exempt you from the obligation to complete all payments.

Course Duration and Access

Unlock Lymphatic Flow includes:

  • 7 bite-size masterclasses delivered via short videos.

  • A 7-day follow-along protocol to be repeated for at least 4 weeks.

  • Access to the course platform for 12 months from the date of enrolment.

  • Access to a dedicated community space for 12 months.

Community Access & Support

Included support for this cohort:

  • Private community access for 12 months.

Recordings & Consent

  • Occasionally, we may host live calls in which the host may refer to names from the chat and references to community questions. Do not share the recordings externally.
  • If you submit a question, you consent to it being answered in a recording viewable by enrolled members. 

Platform Access Disclaimer

  • The course is delivered through third-party platforms for hosting course materials, videos, and community access. While we make every effort to ensure reliable access, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service as platform performance is outside of our direct control.
  • In the unlikely event that we need to move the course or community to an alternative platform, we will make reasonable arrangements to provide you with continued access for the remainder of your 12-month enrolment period.
  • If a platform change is required, we will provide equivalent access to course materials and the community for the remainder of your 12-month enrolment.

Technical Requirements

  • To access the course materials, you are responsible for ensuring you have:

    • A reliable internet connection.

    • A device (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone) capable of streaming video content.

    • Access to a valid email address to receive login information, updates, and support communications.

    Health with Holland is not responsible for technical issues on your side, such as loss of internet access, outdated devices, or email delivery problems caused by your provider.

Force Majeure

  • We will not be held liable for failure or delay in providing access to the course due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, platform outages, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

    In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and provide alternative access where possible.

Privacy and Data Use

  • By enrolling, you agree to your personal information being shared with our third-party platforms solely for the purpose of providing course access (e.g., learning platform, community platform, payment processor, and email system).

  • By enrolling, you also agree to be added to the Health with Holland mailing list, which includes weekly newsletters, updates about podcast launches, and information about future product or course launches. You may unsubscribe at any time with the link provided at the bottom of each email.

  • For full details on how we process your data, please see our Privacy Policy available on our website.

  • Member-to-member data

    • In addition to our handling of your data under GDPR, members must not process, export or disclose other members’ personal data (including posts, images, video, audio, usernames or health information) outside the platform without explicit consent.

    • Health with Holland is not responsible for disclosures made by members in breach of these rules but will take reasonable steps to remove offending content and restrict access where necessary.

Confidence Guarantee

If you complete the course exactly as guided and genuinely feel no improvement in puffiness, flow, or overall comfort, we will refund you.

To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  1. Complete all masterclass videos. This is tracked automatically on the learning platform. The platform marks a lesson as complete when over 90% of the video has been watched. We rely on the platform’s tracking to verify completion and cannot be held responsible if your personal records differ from what the platform shows.

  2. Complete the full 7-day protocol and repeat it for 4 consecutive weeks as instructed. Submit your completed 7-Day Protocol Tracker for each of the 4 weeks using the submission method provided in the course.

  3. Participate weekly in the Q&As and community during the guarantee window. At least one comment or question must be posted each week within the first 45 days from your purchase date. Activity outside of this timeframe will not count.

  4. Timing for requests. Email admin@healthwithholland.com within 45 days of your purchase date to request a refund under this Confidence Guarantee. This window allows time to watch the masterclasses and complete 4 full weeks of the protocol.

  5. Evidence. It is the participant’s responsibility to provide all required evidence at the time of the request, including platform completion screenshots, your 4 weekly protocol trackers, and links or screenshots showing your weekly community/Q&A activity. Health with Holland will not chase participants for submissions. We will retain submitted evidence for up to 90 days to verify eligibility, after which it will be deleted from our systems.

  6. Refund method and timing. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. We are not responsible for bank processing times, currency fluctuations or card issuer fees.
 

If all requirements are met, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

The Confidence Guarantee may be redeemed once per participant, regardless of how many times they enrol in the course. Failure to meet any requirement or deadline will make the participant ineligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

  • Outside of the Confidence Guarantee above, all sales are final once course access is granted due to the digital nature of the content.
  • If you are experiencing difficulties or feel you may need additional support, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at admin@healthwithholland.com. We are committed to supporting you and will review situations on a case-by-case basis.
  • Pre-access refund. You may request a no-questions-asked refund, before course access is accepted. Once access is available, all sales are final except as provided under the Confidence Guarantee.

Community Conduct

The community space is designed to be a supportive and constructive environment.

By enrolling, you agree to the following:

Respectful communication

  • Maintain a respectful, encouraging tone. Healthy debate is welcome; personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, or shaming are not.
  • Avoid offensive or inflammatory language, including comments about someone’s body, health history, ethnicity, age, gender, or beliefs.

No spam or self-promotion

  • Do not post spam, affiliate links, sales pitches, or solicitations.
  • Sharing a resource is fine when it directly answers a question and you disclose any affiliation.

Confidentiality and privacy

  • Treat the community as a private space. Do not share, copy, screenshot, download, record, or repost any member’s posts, images, videos, names, or stories outside the group without their written permission.
  • Do not use AI tools to scrape, summarise, train on, or republish community content.
  • If you recognise someone you know, do not disclose their participation publicly or privately.

Sensitive health information

  • Health details shared by members are confidential. Do not quote or paraphrase another member’s story in a way that could identify them, even without names.

Clear, safe contributions

  • Share personal experiences, not medical advice. This course is educational; it does not replace care from a qualified professional.
  • Do not encourage unsafe practices or portray your personal routine as universally appropriate.

Intellectual property

  • Course materials (videos, guides, Q&A recordings) are for enrolled members only. Do not download, distribute, or republish them.
  • Only upload content you own or have permission to share.

Recordings and Q&As

  • Any recording shared in the community are viewable by current members only and must not be shared outside the platform.
  • By submitting a question, you consent to it being answered in a recording viewable by current members.

Account security

  • Your login is personal. Do not share your account or grant others access to the community.

Reporting and enforcement

  • If you believe your privacy has been breached or you see behaviour that breaks these rules, email. admin@healthwithholland.com with details and screenshots where possible.
  • We may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or remove a participant without refund for breaches of this policy, repeated warnings, or behaviour that risks member safety.

By enrolling in this course, you agree to follow these guidelines. Breaches of conduct may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Course Expectations

  • Unlock Lymphatic Flow is self-paced. For best results, we recommend watching the masterclasses first, then following the 7-day protocol loop for at least 4 weeks. We do not recommend binge-watching. Small, consistent steps are most effective.
  • For the first week of your enrolment, you will have access to the masterclasses only. This is intentional. Becca has designed the course so you first gain an understanding of how the lymphatic system works and why sequence matters. Once Week 1 is complete, the 7-day protocol unlocks, and you begin the repeatable routines. Members who learn the fundamentals first typically implement the protocol more accurately and see better results.
  • We do not expect anyone to be “finished” with this work in a few weeks. That is why your course access continues for 12 months, giving you the flexibility to revisit lessons, repeat the protocol, and keep building progress at your own pace.

Eligibility and health suitability

  • You must be 18 or over to enrol.
  • If you are pregnant, postpartum, undergoing cancer treatment, have a history of cancer treatment, or have any ongoing medical condition (for example, cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, lymphatic or autoimmune conditions), seek advice from your healthcare provider before beginning.
  • Skip lymphatic drainage if you are feverish or unwell, or if your clinician has advised against it.

Disclaimer

  • This course is for educational purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Participants should seek professional guidance as appropriate.
  • The content is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. Always consult a licensed professional for specific concerns.
  • Skip lymphatic drainage if you are feverish or unwell. If you have lymphedema or have had recent surgery, check with your healthcare provider and follow your medical guidance. This course is supportive, not therapeutic.

Governing law and contact

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed, including making clarifications or adjustments to improve understanding. Any significant changes that materially affect your access, payment terms, or core course services will be communicated to enrolled participants by email.

Contract Acceptance

  • By enrolling in Unlock Lymphatic Flow and making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
