Terms and Conditions for the Rebalance Community Membership​

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in the membership.
By enrolling, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Membership Cost and Payment

The cost of the Rebalance Membership depends on the pricing option you select at checkout. Current options may include a monthly subscription, a 6 month subscription and an annual subscription.

The price for each option is clearly displayed at checkout. All prices are in USD.

Payment is taken in advance:

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed every month on the same date as your original sign up.

  • 6 month subscriptions are billed every 6 months in a single upfront payment.

  • Annual subscriptions are billed once per year in a single upfront payment.

All payments are securely processed via Stripe or our approved payment partners. Your payment details are secure and protected.

Membership Access and Content Availability

As a member, you will have continuous access to the membership community and all included content for as long as your membership remains active.

This may include:

  • Recordings of live calls
  • Monthly released content
  • Challenges
  • Other membership exclusive resources
 

We reserve the right to retire or remove content as needed. Content that is moved to the archive will remain available to active members, but if we decide to permanently remove content, we will provide 30 days’ notice before it is taken down.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the membership and immediate access to content and community, all fees are non refundable once payment has been processed, except where required by consumer law.

This applies to all payment options, including monthly, 6 month and annual plans. There are no automatic pro rated refunds if you choose to cancel part way through a billing period.

Cancellation of Monthly Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing admin@healthwithholland.com.

  • To allow time for processing, please submit your cancellation request at least 10 working days before your next payment date.

  • When you cancel, no further payments will be taken and you will retain access to the membership until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancellation of 6 Month and Annual Subscriptions

  • 6 month and annual plans are paid upfront for the full period and are non refundable.

  • You may request cancellation at any time by emailing admin@healthwithholland.com. This will stop your plan from renewing at the end of the current 6 or 12 month term.

  • If you choose to cancel part way through a 6 month or annual term, you will keep access to the membership until the end of that term. There are no partial refunds and no automatic downgrade to the monthly or a shorter plan for the remaining period.

Please ensure you download any materials you wish to keep before your membership ends, as access to the platform and resources will cease once your cancellation has taken effect. Refer to the Membership Access and Content Availability section for details on content availability after cancellation.

If You Leave and Rejoin Later

If you cancel your membership and return at a later date, you will not regain access to content from your previous membership period. You will rejoin with access to current and future challenges and resources only.

This policy ensures fairness for all members and maintains the integrity of the membership structure.

Ownership of Content

All videos, downloadable materials and other content provided in the Rebalance Membership are the intellectual property of Rebecca Holland / Health with Holland. These materials must not be:

  • Copied
  • Reproduced
  • Resold
  • Reinterpreted for personal or business use

Downloading or sharing content beyond personal use is strictly prohibited. Any misuse may result in termination of access without a refund.

Platform Access Disclaimer

  • The Rebalance Community Membership is delivered through third-party platforms for hosting materials, videos, and community access. While we make every effort to ensure reliable access, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service as platform performance is outside of our direct control.

    In the unlikely event that we need to move the content or community to an alternative platform, we will make reasonable arrangements to provide you with continued access for as long as you are enrolled in the membership.

Technical Requirements

  • To access the membership materials, you are responsible for ensuring you have:

    • A reliable internet connection.

    • A device (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone) capable of streaming video content.

    • Access to a valid email address to receive login information, updates, and support communications.

    Health with Holland is not responsible for technical issues on your side, such as loss of internet access, outdated devices, or email delivery problems caused by your provider.

Force Majeure

  • We will not be held liable for failure or delay in providing access to the course due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: platform outages, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

    In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and provide alternative access where possible.

Community Conduct

The Rebalance Membership community is designed to be a respectful, supportive and constructive environment. We expect all members to engage courteously and thoughtfully with one another.

Participants must:

  • Maintain a respectful and encouraging tone.

  • Avoid disruptive, offensive or disrespectful conduct.

  • Avoid offensive language, spam or self promotion.

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

  • Avoid sharing inappropriate, harmful or unsafe content.

  • Adhere to the full Community Guidelines, which are available within the community platform.

We reserve the right to remove any posts or comments that violate these guidelines. We may, at our discretion, remove a member from the community immediately and without prior warning where behaviour is considered a serious or non negotiable breach. Breaches of conduct, including repeated or serious violations, may result in removal from the membership without a refund.

Privacy and Data Use

  • By enrolling, you agree to your personal information being shared with our third-party platforms solely for the purpose of providing course access (e.g., learning platform, community platform, payment processor, and email system).

  • By enrolling, you also agree to be added to the Health with Holland mailing list, which includes weekly newsletters, updates about podcast launches, and information about future product or course launches. You may unsubscribe at any time.

How We Use Your Data

We collect personal information necessary to provide you with access to the Rebalance Membership, including:

  • Your name and email address for membership access

  • Any additional information you choose to share within the membership platform, for example in community discussions or feedback forms

Your information is used to:

  • Provide you with access to membership resources, challenges, live calls and the community

  • Communicate with you about the membership, including sending reminders, updates and relevant content

  • Share information about other products and services that may be of interest to you

Your Rights Under GDPR

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your contact details

Third Party Platforms

The Rebalance Membership uses several third party platforms to provide services and manage your data. By enrolling in the membership, you acknowledge that your personal data may be shared with these platforms to facilitate access, process payments and support programme delivery.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Circle, for hosting the membership community and content

  • Stripe, for payment processing

  • ActiveCampaign, for managing email communications

Email Communications

By enrolling in the Rebalance Membership, you agree to receive emails related to the membership, including reminders, updates and relevant content.

We may also send information about other products and services that we believe may be of interest to you.

If you would like to update your email preferences, please contact us at admin@healthwithholland.com. However, opting out of certain emails may mean missing important updates about your membership, including access details or content changes. We cannot be held responsible for missed information due to email preference changes.

The coaching and materials provided in this membership are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

Participants are encouraged to seek professional guidance when needed. Our coaching is not a substitute for therapy or professional services, but offers general guidance for wellness, mindset and lifestyle improvements.

Results Disclaimer: Every individual’s experience is different. While the membership provides tools and actionable steps that have helped many women, results vary based on factors such as lifestyle, life stage, mindset and personal commitment. Consistency and active participation are required.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed, including making clarifications or adjustments to improve understanding. Any significant changes that materially affect your access, payment terms, or core services will be communicated to currently enrolled participants by email.

Contract Acceptance

By enrolling in the Rebalance Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

By enrolling on a monthly, 6 month or annual plan, you acknowledge that payments are taken in advance, that there are no pro rated refunds for partial use of a billing period, and that cancellation stops future renewals only.
