Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to join weekly live group calls with Becca, where you can ask questions and receive personalised advice within a supportive community setting.
You’ll also be assigned an accountability coach who will check in with you via direct message (DM) every Tuesday to offer encouragement, help with goal setting, and guide you through the program. While this isn’t a 1:1 service, it ensures we can offer personalised support to help you implement the tools and strategies that work best for you.
We’ve designed The Rebalance Club to provide the right balance of personalised guidance and group connection to help you stay on track and achieve lasting results.

We’ve structured the program this way to help you stay motivated, build momentum, and benefit from real-time support and accountability.
If you’re unable to complete all the content within the 12 weeks, you’ll have the option to join our Rebalance Membership at the end of the program, which offers continued access to the masterclasses and new content to help you keep progressing.

The nutrition component of the program is evidence-based guidance that is intended to help you optimise your nutrition. I'm not advising one specific diet for all members, but rather guiding you to make changes that will improve your health within your own preferences. While my recommendations are primarily plant-based, there are no restrictions.
