Becca and our team of experts are committed to providing personalised attention and support within the group setting to ensure that you receive the guidance you need throughout your journey.
No, The Rebalance Club is designed as a 12-week community-based program that runs for 12 consecutive weeks. There is no option to pause or delay participation. The program is structured this way to maintain momentum, foster accountability within the community, and provide consistent support from the coaching team. To get the most out of the experience, we encourage you to stay engaged throughout the entire 12 weeks.
Absolutely. Our program is designed to be accessible for busy participants. The resources are quick and easy to consume, so you can make progress even with limited time. That said, we do recommend setting aside 20-30 minutes a day to watch masterclasses, participate in the community, and implement lifestyle changes to see the best results.
While the program follows a weekly structure, it’s flexible. If you miss a week, simply continue with the current content and catch up when you can within the 12-week timeframe.
The nutrition component of the program is evidence-based guidance that is intended to help you optimise your nutrition. I'm not advising one specific diet for all members, but rather guiding you to make changes that will improve your health within your own preferences. While my recommendations are primarily plant-based, there are no restrictions.
Yes. A lot of my 1:1 clients are going through menopause. The Rebalance Club is designed to support members throughout all stages of life.
Yes. While The Rebalance Club focuses on hormone balance, many members experience weight loss as a result. It's important to note that this is not a dedicated weight loss program, but it supports sustainable lifestyle changes that promote overall health.
