This program is different and more sustainable by addressing the five pillars of female health: Nutrition, Circadian Rhythm, Nervous System Regulation, Mindset, and Exercise. This all-encompassing approach creates lasting change and tackles the root causes of health issues.
The nutrition component of the program is evidence-based guidance that is intended to help you optimise your nutrition. I'm not advising one specific diet for all members, but rather guiding you to make changes that will improve your health within your own preferences. While my recommendations are primarily plant-based, there are no restrictions.
