Why I built this

I kept seeing the same thing, women who had tried everything, the programs, the consultations, the plans, and still could not make anything stick, not because they were not trying, but because they were trying alone, without daily structure, and without anyone around them who actually understood what their body was going through.

I have been there myself, with the broken sleep, the habits that kept falling apart, and the feeling that fat loss was impossible no matter what I did, and I spent years finding what actually works. I built this so you do not have to.

I am a single mother running a business with five-year-old twins. I know what it means to have a full life, to have no spare time, and to need things that actually work inside a real day, not an ideal one. Everything inside the Rebalance Membership is built around that reality.

I have an MSc in Health Education, a BSc in Physical Education, and additional training in circadian health, nervous system regulation, behaviour change, and female physiology, and I have coached thousands of women through sleep issues and fat loss.
