Hi, I'm Becca Holland

For many years I was doing things by the book but still had broken sleep, struggled with weight loss, and generally kept going back to old habits even though I desperately wanted change.

In my twenties, I followed advice built for someone else’s biology. I trained harder, ate less, pushed through. By thirty I was exhausted, weight loss was impossible, and I was waking at 3am most nights.

When I had my twins, I realised my nervous system had been under chronic stress for years, and until I addressed that, nothing else was going to work.

That was the turning point. I stopped following advice designed for someone else’s biology and started working with my body instead of against it, and everything changed.

I am now a single mother running a business with five-year-old twins. I understand what it means to spin plates, to have no margin for error, and to need things that actually work in a real life that is already full. That is the life I build everything I teach around.

We all know what we should be doing. Consistently doing it is another story entirely. To be able to stick to anything you need to tackle the nervous system piece head on, in a practical way. That is what I do, and that is what makes this different from everything else you have tried.

I now have an MSc in Health Education, a BSc in Physical Education, and additional training in circadian health, nervous system regulation, behaviour change, and female physiology, and I have coached thousands of women through their most frustrating health years.
