Email communications

When you provide your email address, Health with Holland Ltd may send you service emails needed to deliver what you requested (for example purchase receipts, account or waitlist updates, webinar confirmations, joining links, reminders, and replay links where available). The frequency of service emails varies based on your activity.

If you opt in to our newsletter or marketing emails, we may also send wellbeing tips, updates, and offers (up to 2 emails per week). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. For help, contact admin@healthwithholland.com

 

SMS and WhatsApp messaging terms

By opting in, you agree to receive transactional webinar notifications only from Health with Holland Ltd via SMS and/or WhatsApp at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include webinar confirmation, reminders, the joining link, and a post-webinar update with a replay link (where available).

  • Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per webinar (confirmation, up to 2 reminders, and 1 follow-up).

  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply for SMS. WhatsApp messages use your data plan and data charges may apply. International messaging charges may apply depending on your provider.

  • Customer care: Reply HELP (where available) or email admin@healthwithholland.com for assistance.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
  • No purchase required: Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • Delivery: Message delivery is subject to your mobile network and device availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
